How the My241 Rewards Program works...

It’s quite simple really - two (2) people enjoy the price of one (1)... easy!
That’s right - when the first passenger pays the full fare* (single product component only – E.g. Cruise, Tour or Fly-Cruise), the second passenger fare is FREE!
Really! The second passenger only pays for fees, charges and taxes such as Port Charges, Government Taxes and Gratuities (if applicable) - the fare portion of the cruise, tour or fly-cruise is FREE! We know - Amazing right!!

My241 Rewards Certificate Terms & Conditions

Applicable to Cruise, Fly-Cruise and Tours

  1. Available only on selected products. Selected products, travel dates and durations may change at any time. Our Vacation Centre (OVC) does not guarantee 241 pricing or availability on any specific product, travel date or duration.
  2. Available products, travel dates and durations will be specified at time of enquiry. If 241 pricing is not available for a specific product, then Our Vacation Centre will endeavour to provide the best possible pricing on the specific product requested, if an alternate option on the 241 program is not convenient.There is no guarantee that any specific cruise line, cruise ship, destination or departure date will be available on the My241 Rewards program at any particular time.
  3. This certificate is valid for one (1) passenger fare only (exclusive of port charges, gratuities, government taxes or any other charges and fees) with the purchase of one (1) full passenger fare (non-discounted) of the specific product supplier available to this offer at the time of booking.
  4. The full fare refers to the original Full Passenger Fare prior to any discount being applied such as early booking, seasonal, or other promotional discount (non-discounted fare). Depending on the Cruise Line/Supplier this may also be referred to as Full Individual Tariff, Brochure Fare, Standard Fare, Rack Rate or Fully Published Fare.

  6. The redeemer of this certificate is responsible for an additional non-refundable booking fee up to AUD$125 per person.
  7. Specific cabin categories, room types, service levels and fare type may only be available on certain offerings, however if and where available, upgrades may be requested, with the redeemer paying the applicable upgraded fare.
  8. Some product components are only available under the 241 program when purchasing an additional product and cannot be sold separately, as specified within the package inclusions.
  9. Terms and Conditions or offers made with this certificate are subject to revision and may change without prior notice.
  10. This offer is not valid for groups. This certificate has no resale value attached and cannot be resold. If this certificate has been purchased for cash from any other source other than the issuing company, this certificate is null and void. This certificate may not be redeemed for cash.
  11. This certificate may be transferred upon application, and a payment of AUD$30 transfer fee. This transfer fee is exempt when gifting the certificate to a friend or family member under the condition that the receiver opts in to the My241 program.
  12. This certificate expires 12 or 18 months from original date of issue unless otherwise specified on the certificate.
  13. Cancellations will be subject to the cancellation penalties and conditions of the product supplier and any OVC booking fees paid will not be refunded.
  14. Our Vacation Centre or its agents bear no responsibility in regard to any product supplier penalties, which are the full responsibility of the certificate redeemer.
  15. This offer is for a single product/travel component only and does not include airfares, transfers or other associated travel or ancillary products unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.
  16. Third or fourth guest fares, when available, may be purchased at best available rate, but form no part of this offer.
  17. Our Vacation Centre and its agents do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes or acts of God.
  18. This offer is not valid for sponsors, distributors or their employees and associated family members. This offer is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other offer.
  19. If you have been provided access to the My241 Program via the HSBC Home & Away Privilege Program, all bookings must be made using your qualified HSBC credit or debit card as the payment method. Bookings cannot be made using cash or with a credit/debit card supplied by another financial institution.
  20. This certificate may not be utilised in conjunction with any other offer.
