Q. Can I use My241 Rewards certificate on any cruise, tour or fly-cruise product?
A. No. You can use your My241 Rewards certificate on a specific selection of products. These products may consist of worldwide cruises, tours, or fly-cruises, depending on your level of membership, although not all cruise, tours or fly-cruise products are available. Product options and prices on the program are updated on a regular basis. Q. How does My241 Rewards pricing work?
A. My241 Rewards pricing is based on the full fare* of the cruise, tour or fly-cruise portion only, unless otherwise stated. Two (2) people can cruise or tour for the price of one (1) at the full fare*. Additional fees and charges such as Government fees, Port Charges, taxes and gratuities (if applicable) are additional for each passenger and cannot be discounted.

Q. Are there any additional fees to pay when using My241 Rewards certificate?
A. A non-refundable redemption fee of AUD$25 per person is payable at time of booking. Applicable fees and charges such as Government fees, Port Charges, taxes and gratuities (if applicable) are additional.

Q. How long do I have to use my certificate?
A. You need to book within 12 or 18 months of the issue date as specified on the certificates, however your departure date may be after the initial specified 12 or 18 month period.

Q. Am I restricted to short durations?
A. No. Products on the My241 Rewards program vary in length, depending on availability.

Q. Can I book more than one cabin, fly-cruise, or tour?
A. Only one cabin, fly-cruise, or tour can be booked at My241 Rewards prices per certificate, however additional cabins, fly-cruises, or tours can be booked at the best available rate.

Q. Can I use 2 x My241 Rewards certificates together to accommodate more than two people in the same cabin or on the same fly-cruise or tour?
A. Unfortunately, only 1 certificate can be used for a total of 2 people; however you can still add extra people at an additional cost (dependant on the supplier pricing, availability and room size available).

Q. Are there different types of cabins, classes and service levels available on the My241 Rewards program?
A. Yes. All cabin, air classes and service level types can become available depending on the product and date selected, subject to what is available on the program at the time of booking.

Q. Does the My241 Rewards website offer “live” pricing and availability?
A. The My241 Rewards website is updated on a regular basis and should be used as a guide for the My241 Rewards offers available. Once your online booking request has been received you will be contacted by a Cruise Consultant to discuss/advise any variation in price.

Q. How do I book a My241 Rewards Product?
A. Simply call us on the number below to speak to one of our experienced Consultants. Alternatively, visit www.my241rewards.com.au to browse the many products available on the My241 Rewards program. Booking requests can be made online, however please allow up to 48 hours for confirmation. Call 1300 303 144 (AU) or 0800 699 014 (NZ)

Q. Can I give My241 Rewards certificate to someone else as a gift?
A. Yes. Your certificate is fully transferable to friends and family, simply by paying a $30 transfer fee. This $30 transfer fee is exempt if you gift your certificate to a friend or family member and they opt in to the My241 program.

Q. How do my friends & family opt in to the My241 program?
When you log in to the My241 Rewards website (my241rewards.com.au) and select ‘My Account’ you will be presented with the option to gift a certificate to a friend or family member. Your friend or family member will then receive an email and if they wish to accept this gift they will be invited to opt in to the My241 Rewards program.

Q. Can I use My241 Rewards certificate with any other certificate?
A. No. Your My241 Rewards certificate is not combinable with any other offer.

Q. How do I register My241 Rewards certificate?
A. Your certificate will be pre-registered and you will receive an email with a link to set up your username and password to enable log in to the My241 Rewards website (my241rewards.com.au). Remember to check your junk mail folder if you don’t appear to have received this email. Full instructions are also displayed on your My241 Rewards certificate.

Q. If I see a cruise, tour, or fly-cruise advertised elsewhere, can I use My241 certificate towards that price?
A. No. The My241 Rewards Program is only available on selected products, dates and durations, and is based on the full fare*. Please contact one of our experienced Consultants to find you the best price on the My241 program. If the product, date and duration is not available on the My241 program we will endeavour to provide you with the best price outside of the program.
